Auction of Unserviceable Civil and Electrical Items at NTC Headquarters Islamabad

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecom Islamabad is conducting an auction for unserviceable civil and electrical items located at the Basement Floor of the NTC Headquarters Building in G-5/2 Islamabad. This auction invites all eligible contractors, firms, and companies registered with relevant tax authorities of Pakistan for NTN/GST to participate. The items are offered on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis, and bidders are encouraged to conduct a thorough survey and inspection of the items during office hours before submitting their bids. The scope includes unserviceable civil and electrical materials that require removal and disposal. The successful bidder will be responsible for loading, unloading, and site cleaning, including filling and surface leveling as per instructions from the NTC site in-charge. The contract completion time is strictly two days from the issuance of the work order, with no extensions except for force majeure events. The contractor must also handle all necessary permissions such as NOC/ROW from local government agencies at their own risk and cost. Eligibility requires NTN/GST registration and a certificate on legal stamp paper confirming the bidder is not blacklisted, involved in litigation, or linked with India or Israel. A bid security of 10% of the total sealed bid value must be submitted as a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of the Dy. Director (Civil) NTC HQ. The auction bids will be received until 11:00 AM on 5th May 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Only bidders with attached CNIC copies will be allowed to attend the auction. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure the bid security is correctly prepared and submitted with the sealed bid, as failure to deposit the remaining 90% of the bid amount within two working days after the letter of intent will result in forfeiture of the security and cancellation of the bid.
