The Deputy Commissioner Office Sargodha is conducting a public auction of unserviceable items and scrap materials from various government offices and departments across District Sargodha. The auction will be held at the DC Office Sargodha on 8 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. All items are available for inspection at the respective offices prior to the auction date. Bidders must deposit a refundable Earnest Money of PKR 200,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the Deputy Commissioner Sargodha to participate. Successful bidders must pay 1/4th of the bid amount on the spot, with the balance due within 7 days. All applicable taxes will be borne by the successful bidder. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect the items and verify quantities before the auction. For best results, arrive early on the auction day to complete registration and review the lots in person.
