AUCTION: Unserviceable Machinery and Vehicles at Farooqabad (Priestman VC 15 Excavator, P&H 225 ATC Dragline, International Fuel Tanker, J-20 Pick Up)

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Machinery Division Lahore is conducting a public auction for unserviceable machinery and vehicles located at Farooqabad. Interested parties are invited to participate in this open auction, which presents an opportunity to acquire various heavy equipment and vehicles no longer in operational use by the department. The auction will be held at the specified location and time, and all items will be sold on an as-is-where-is basis. Items being auctioned: - Priestman VC 15 Excavator (Machine No. P-4, Qty 01, Location Farooqabad) - P & H 225 ATC Dragline (Machine No. 30-F, Qty 01, Location Farooqabad) - International Fuel Tanker (Machine No. IRFT-2, Qty 01, Location Farooqabad) - J-20 Pick Up (Machine No. LEV-4593, Qty 01, Location Farooqabad) The technical scope includes the disposal of heavy machinery and vehicles that are no longer serviceable. All items are available for inspection prior to the auction date. Bidders must deposit an earnest money of PKR 100,000 in the form of a pay order or CDR to participate. Successful bidders are required to pay 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining 75% due within seven days. All applicable taxes, including 7.5% advance tax for filers and 15% for non-filers, will be charged as per FBR rules. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The auction will take place on 09-09-2026 at 2:00 PM at Farooqabad. For submission, bidders must be present in person at the auction venue with the required documents and earnest money.
