AUCTION: Used Honda City 1299cc and Suzuki Cultus 1000cc Vehicles

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds Islamabad is conducting an open auction for the disposal of used vehicles. The auction will be held at the FEB & GIF Head Office, Islamabad, on 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are invited to participate in the bidding process for the following vehicles: - Honda City, 1299cc, Model 2016, Quantity: 1 - Suzuki Cultus, 1000cc, Model 2016, Quantity: 1 Both vehicles are available for inspection at the FEB & GIF premises in Islamabad from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM prior to the auction date. The vehicles are being sold on an as-is-where-is basis, and bidders are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the condition before participating. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 10 percent of the bid amount as earnest money on the spot, with the remaining balance to be paid within the stipulated time frame. A refundable security deposit of PKR 20,000 in the form of a pay order in favor of Board of Trustees, FEB & GIF, is mandatory for participation in the auction. All government taxes and transfer fees will be borne by the successful bidder. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders must bring their original CNIC for registration. The auction will be conducted in accordance with PPRA rules.
