AUCTION: Waste Papers Disposal by Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Sukkur

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Sukkur invites open offers from individuals, parties, and active taxpayers registered with FBR (Income Tax) and Sindh Revenue Board (Services) for the auction and disposal of waste papers. This auction is taking place in Sukkur and offers a valuable opportunity for interested bidders to acquire waste paper materials from the Board's premises. Items being auctioned: - Waste papers including Old/Used Answer Scripts (20 pages), Answer Scripts for Practicals (04 pages), Answer Scripts for Supplements (04 pages) (60 grams paper) size 8.8"X11.2" of SSC II and HSC II Annual & Supplementary Exam 2025 - Answer Scripts/Sheets (Digital E-Sheets), A4 (precise) paper size i.e. 210mm x 297mm, 22 pages both sides printed upon 80 grams Imported Paper (Indonesia) of SSC-I & HSC-I (all groups) Annual Exam 2025 & cut piece of 80 grams paper The auction-able material can be inspected on any working day during office hours on an "as it is and where it is" basis. The auction will be held from 15.09.2026 to 30.09.2026 up to 1:30 p.m. with the auction process starting at 2:00 p.m. on 30.09.2026. Interested participants must deposit Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) as participation fee in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Challan at the Board's Committee Room. Additionally, bidders must submit a Banker's Cheque or Pay Order of Rs. 1,000,000 as Earnest Money in the name of Secretary, BISE Sukkur. Failure to submit earnest money will disqualify participation. The successful bidder will deposit another Rs. 1,000,000 on the spot, with the remaining bid amount payable within 3 calendar days after bid approval by the Chairman, BISE Sukkur. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the deposited amount. Income Tax and Tax on Services (SRB) will be borne by the successful bidder as per government rules. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all offers. Further terms and conditions will be announced at the time of auction.
