AUCTION: Wheat and Barley Stock Auction at Food Department Depots Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Kotli, Rawalakot, Bagh, Palandri, and Haveli for 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Food Department Azad Jammu & Kashmir is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction of wheat and barley stocks for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at various depots across AJK, providing an opportunity for bidders to acquire government-held grain stocks. The auction is scheduled to take place at the following locations: - Muzaffarabad Depot (Wheat) - Mirpur Depot (Wheat) - Kotli Depot (Wheat) - Rawalakot Depot (Wheat) - Bagh Depot (Wheat) - Palandri Depot (Wheat) - Haveli Depot (Barley) Each depot will auction its available wheat or barley stock as per the quantities and quality specified in the detailed auction documents. Interested bidders must deposit earnest money equivalent to 0.50 percent of the bid amount in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) in favor of the Food Department before the auction date. The auction will be conducted at the office of the undersigned on 3 July 2024 at 11:00 AM, and successful bidders must deposit the full amount within the stipulated time. Performance Guarantee is required as per the department's rules. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR and ATL, and compliance with all terms and conditions outlined in the auction notice.
