AUCTION: Wheat Seed Disposal at Khanewal, Vehari, and Chichawatni Depots

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Punjab Seed Corporation is conducting a public auction for the disposal of wheat seed stocks at its depots in Khanewal, Vehari, and Chichawatni. Interested parties are invited to participate in this auction, which will be held at 10:00 AM on 2 February 2026 at the respective depot locations. The auction covers the following lots: - Lot 1: Wheat seed (Khanewal Depot), 8000 bags (40 kg each), reserve price PKR 3700 per 40 kg bag - Lot 2: Wheat seed (Vehari Depot), 5000 bags (40 kg each), reserve price PKR 3500 per 40 kg bag - Lot 3: Wheat seed (Chichawatni Depot), approximately 1800 bags (40 kg each), reserve price PKR 520 per 40 kg bag All quantities and reserve prices are as per the table provided in the notice. The wheat seed is being auctioned on an as-is-where-is basis. Bidders must bring valid CNIC and submit earnest money as specified in the auction terms before participating. The successful bidders will be required to deposit the full amount immediately after the auction. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. For eligibility, interested parties should ensure they are not blacklisted and comply with all terms and conditions set by Punjab Seed Corporation. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and all participants are advised to inspect the seed lots prior to the auction date.
