Augmentation of Drinking Water Supply Distribution Network and Construction of Street Drains, Side Walls, Retaining Walls, Culverts, OHWT, Solar Based Tube Well Bore and Solarization in Urban Areas of Khyber

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Jamrud, District Khyber, is procuring extensive civil works for the augmentation of the drinking water supply distribution network and related infrastructure in urban areas under ADP NO. 1965/251052 for the financial year 2025-26. This project includes construction of street drains, side walls, retaining walls, culverts, overhead water tanks (OHWT), solar-based tube well bores, water supply lines, and solarization at multiple locations such as Shalobar, Bhera Dhand, Hisara, Nogazi Baba, Sirajudin, Bar Qambar, Paka Tara, Sarky Kamar, Wali Khel Adda, Shanko Chowk, Sadanwo, Kalay, Warmando, Mala, Sakhipul, Surkamar, Ghundi 1&2, Shakas, and Gudar within District Khyber. The technical scope demands contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above, with valid FBR and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration. Bidders must have relevant experience in similar scale projects involving water supply and solarization works. Earnest Money in the form of 2% call deposit is mandatory, along with submission of a complete bid including technical and financial proposals through the EPADS system. Tender forms are available for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 12,000. The last date for submission of tender forms is 5th May 2026 by 12:30 PM, with opening of technical bids at 1:30 PM the same day. Financial bids will be opened after approval of the technical bids by the competent authority. Bidders must submit their bids via registered courier or by hand in sealed envelopes to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Jamrud.
