Authorized Vendors for Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Production Monitoring System in Household Electronics Sector

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Islamabad invites authorized vendors for the supply, installation, and maintenance of a Production Monitoring System specifically designed for the Household Electronics Sector. This corrigendum extends the bid submission deadline to the 10th of August, 2026, by 2:00 PM, allowing interested bidders additional time to prepare and submit their proposals. Items being procured: - Supply of Production Monitoring System - Installation of Production Monitoring System - Maintenance of Production Monitoring System The scope includes providing a comprehensive monitoring solution that ensures accurate tracking and reporting of production activities within the household electronics sector. Vendors must be capable of delivering high-quality systems with reliable installation and ongoing maintenance support to ensure continuous operational efficiency. Eligible bidders should be registered with the FBR and have relevant experience in supplying and maintaining production monitoring systems or similar IT services. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements and other terms remain unchanged from the original RFP and Corrigendum 01. Bids must be delivered to Room No. 358, 3rd Floor, FBR House, Islamabad by or before the deadline. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
