Renewal of Licences for Fortinet Firewall, Sangfor Firewall (WAF), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) & SSL Certificates at National University of Modern Languages Islamabad

The items being procured include: - Fortinet FortiGate-600E with Unified Threat Protection and 1 Year Support & Warranty - Sangfor Web Application Firewall (WAF) 5300 with SSL VPN Licence and 1 Year Support & Warranty - Sangfor EDR Endpoint Secure with Secure Manager VM License for Server Farm (70 agents) with 1 Year subscription and support - Sangfor EDR Endpoint Secure with Secure Manager VM License for Clients (500 agents) with 1 Year subscription and support - DigiCert SSL WildCard Certificates for *.numl.edu.pk with 1 Year validity and unlimited subdomains The successful bidder will be responsible for the supply, installation, activation, and configuration of these licences. During the licence period, the firm must provide on-site support within 24 hours to resolve any faults free of cost. The bids must be submitted electronically through EPADSv2.0 and also in sealed envelopes to the office of Director Administration, Jinnah Block, NUML Islamabad by 8th October 2026 at 1100 Hrs. Earnest money in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order is required for each item, and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 15,000 must be submitted with the bid. Bidders must have at least 2 years of support experience on the quoted licences in government or semi-government organizations. The bid prices should be inclusive of all taxes and valid for 90 days.
