Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi invites sealed e-bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the digital data scanning and uploading of scanned documents to the PSO Server Portal. Items being procured: - Digital Data Scanning - Uploading of scanned documents to PSO Server Portal The scope includes accurate scanning of documents and their timely uploading to the designated PSO server portal using SAP Ariba. The work requires technical expertise in document handling, scanning equipment, and portal management to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Eligible bidders must have relevant experience in similar digital scanning and data uploading projects. Registration on SAP Ariba portal is mandatory. Bidders should ensure compliance with all technical and financial requirements, including earnest money and bid security as per PSO guidelines. Bid documents collection and submission will be through SAP Ariba portal from 23rd September 2026 to 8th October 2026, between 08:30 AM to 02:15 PM. The bid submission deadline is 8th October 2026 till 02:15 PM. Bid opening will be on 8th October 2026 at 03:00 PM onwards.
