Establish, Operate and Maintain Bakery and Confectionary Shop at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders for the concession to establish, operate and maintain a bakery and confectionary shop measuring 80 sqft in the transit area of Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. The concession period is five years with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. Bids higher than the reserve price of **Rs. 286,671/- per month** will be entertained. Items involved include the full operation and maintenance of the bakery and confectionary shop at the airport's domestic departure transit area, Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal. The technical scope includes managing the shop premises, ensuring quality bakery and confectionary products, and maintaining operational standards as per airport regulations. Eligible bidders must be registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical evaluation carries 80% weightage. Earnest money and bid security requirements apply, and advance income tax will be deducted as per law. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Tender documents can be obtained from the Office of Officer In-charge, Commercial, Room No.3016-17, Level-III, JTC, JIAP Karachi upon submission of a written request with CNIC and NTN copies and payment of Rs. 5,000/- non-refundable fee via Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked 'Technical Offer' and 'Financial Offer' placed together in one envelope and dropped in the designated box at the Main Conference Room (Room No.6035), Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal by 17-11-2026 at 1500 hrs. Technical bids will be opened at 1530 hrs the same day. Late or conditional bids will not be accepted.
