AUCTION: Lease of Cantt Board Peshawar Cattle Market and Park 2026-2029

Cantonment Board Peshawar invites sealed bids for the open auction/lease of two key properties for the period from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2029. The auction will be held at the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, 5-Capt. Abdul Jalil Shaheed Road, Peshawar Cantt. This is an excellent opportunity for interested parties to acquire lease rights for high-traffic public utility sites in Peshawar. Items being auctioned: - Cattle Market (Bakra Mandi), annual reserve price: Rs. 2,00,000 - Park, annual reserve price: Rs. 15,000 Both properties are being offered on a three-year lease basis. The successful bidder will be required to pay the highest bid amount, with the second highest bidder acting as a backup in case of default. Verification of credentials and compliance with all terms and conditions is mandatory. The auction process will be transparent, and all participants must bring original CNICs for verification. Earnest money equivalent to 10 percent of the reserve price must be deposited via pay order or CDR at the time of bidding. The successful bidder must pay 70 percent of the annual lease value within seven days of acceptance, with the remaining amount due in two equal installments. The auction is open to all eligible Pakistani citizens and firms. Blacklisted or defaulter parties are not eligible to participate. The leaseholder will be responsible for all applicable taxes and compliance with local regulations.
