Lease of Branded Bakery Shop Concession at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the concession to establish, operate, and maintain a branded bakery shop at Jinnah International Airport Karachi. The leased space measures 488.07 sqft located at Level-VI inside the Domestic Arrival Lounge of Jinnah Terminal. The concession period is five years or until outsourcing, with a monthly reserve price of **Rs. 441,441/-** and a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis for subsequent years. Only bids exceeding the reserve price will be entertained. Eligible bidders must be registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical evaluation carries 80% weightage. Submission requires a written request with CNIC and NTN certificates along with a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority.
