Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites sealed bids for the supply of a Battery Operated Tractor (5 Ton) as per the technical and commercial requirements outlined in the tender documents. This procurement is intended to enhance the operational logistics of the Pakistan Navy, and the successful bidder will be responsible for delivering the specified equipment to the designated location in Rawalpindi.

The technical scope requires the supply of a brand new, high-quality battery operated tractor with a 5-ton capacity. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and provide supporting documentation, including OEM/Authorized Dealer/Agent Certificate, manufacturer authorization letter, and price list where applicable. The tractor must be accompanied by a warranty/guarantee as per contract requirements, and joint inspection will be carried out by the relevant authorities upon delivery.
Eligibility criteria include submission of a Bank Challan (Rs. 200 for DGDP registered firms, Rs. 300 for others), duly filled DP-1, DP-2, and DP-3 forms, compliance annexes, DRAP registration (if medical), DGDP registration (if applicable), and proof of tax filing. Earnest Money/Bid Security is mandatory and must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope, with rates varying by firm registration status (2% to 5% of quoted value, subject to ceiling limits). Only firms registered with FBR/ATL and meeting the technical and financial requirements will be considered.
Bids must be submitted in three sealed envelopes (Technical Offer in duplicate, Earnest Money, and Commercial Offer) at the Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Through Bahria Gate, Near SNIDS Centre, Naval Residential Complex, Rawalpindi.
