Beautification, decorative lighting and allied works on brand road, college road and other main roads in Sahiwal

Municipal Corporation Sahiwal invites bids from eligible firms and contractors for the beautification, decorative lighting, and allied works on Brand Road, College Road, and other main roads across Sahiwal. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab PPRA E-Procurement system using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. The project aims to enhance the visual appeal and safety of key urban thoroughfares in Sahiwal by installing modern lighting and carrying out associated civil works. Items being procured: - Beautification, decorative lighting and allied works on Brand Road, College Road, and other main roads in Sahiwal (Estimated Cost: 19.76M PKR) The technical scope includes the supply and installation of decorative lighting fixtures, electrical works, and related civil improvements along the specified roads. All participating bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and possess valid GST/NTN/PST registration. Bidders are required to submit a CDR in favour of Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Sahiwal, amounting to 5% of the estimated cost (**Rs. 989,933.50**) as Earnest Money. Only firms registered on the Punjab PPRA website are eligible to participate. Bids must be uploaded on the e-procurement portal by **15-09-2024 at 11:00AM**. The opening of bids will take place at the office of the Municipal Corporation Sahiwal on the same day at **11:30AM**. Contractors are advised to ensure all documents, including CDR and registration certificates, are complete and accurate to avoid disqualification.
