All works shall be executed in accordance with the specifications and standards set by the Engineer-in-charge. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in relevant categories, NTN certificate, Sindh Revenue Board registration, professional tax certificate, electrical license for related works, minimum 5 years experience, turnover of 2 to 4 million PKR over last 3 years, and affidavit of no litigation or blacklisting.
