Providing Fixing Ring Slab, Manhole Cover and Cleaning of Sewerage Line at Different Areas of Shah Latif, UC-02 Shah Latif, TMC Ibrahim Hyderi

The Town Municipal Corporation Ibrahim Hyderi, District Malir, Karachi, invites bids for the procurement of works related to fixing ring slabs, manhole covers, and cleaning of sewerage lines at various locations within Shah Latif, UC-02 Shah Latif, under TMC Ibrahim Hyderi. This procurement is part of the Annual Procurement Plan for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Manufacturing and supplying of R.C.C ring slab of 21'' inch inside and 36'' dia outside, 7.5'' inch width and 6'' inch thick with embedded 15kg C.I frame - Manufacturing and supplying of R.C.C manhole cover cast in cement concrete ratio 1:2:4, reinforced with tor steel bars and M.S plate - Cleaning of underground sewer by mechanical or manual method and disposal of waste solids - Carriage of materials like stone aggregate, spawl, coal, lime, surkhi, bricks, tiles, timber, and fuel wood by trucks - Cleaning and desalting of manholes and inspection chambers including rodding of connected sewers - Removing sewage and solid wastes and disposing outside municipal limits The scope includes substantial civil works involving concrete manufacturing, installation of precast items, mechanical cleaning of sewerage lines, and transportation of materials. The works will be executed at multiple sites within Shah Latif area, Karachi, ensuring improved sanitation and sewerage infrastructure. Eligibility criteria require valid PEC registration in the relevant category, NTN certificate, Sindh Revenue Board registration, professional tax certificate, and electrical license where applicable. Firms must demonstrate at least five years of relevant experience, turnover between 2 to 4 million PKR over the last three years, and provide documentary proof of machinery ownership. Affidavits confirming no litigation, blacklisting, or delays in government contracts are mandatory. The bid security is 5% earnest money valid for 90 days, and a security deposit of 10% of the bid amount is required.
