The biodegradable envelopes must have a minimum sheet thickness of 130 microns and meet the shelf life criteria. File covers are required in both standard and large sizes, with specified GSM and quantity. Bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money at 5 percent of the bid value is required in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 05-11-2026 at 11:30 AM. Late or incomplete bids will not be considered. The estimated total cost for all items is **PKR 8,884,550**.
