Tender Description
The Local Government and Rural Development Department Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids for the procurement of bitumen and various road construction materials for the annual maintenance program for the financial year 2026-27 in District Bhimber. This tender is being conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure, and interested suppliers are encouraged to participate by submitting their bids before the deadline.

The technical scope includes the supply and delivery of high-quality bitumen in specified grades and quantities, as well as road rollers for use in road maintenance and construction projects across Bhimber.
