Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Blow Moulding Machine with Moulds and Utility Equipment

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites sealed bids from eligible, experienced, and financially sound original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) or their authorized local agents/distributors for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a blow moulding machine with moulds and utility equipment on CFR Karachi basis. This comprehensive procurement includes a common blow-moulding machine platform engineered to accept two interchangeable head-sets: Head-Set 1 (quad-head, double-station) for 0.7 L and 1 L cans producing 8 cans per cycle, and Head-Set 2 (dual-head, double-station) for 3 L and 4 L cans producing 4 cans per cycle. The machine must meet minimum production rates of 1500-1550 cans/hour for smaller sizes and 500-550 cans/hour for larger sizes, with advanced features such as PLC-based control systems, energy-saving hydraulics, and safety interlocks. The machine will be installed at PSO's designated plant in Karachi, replacing the existing TECHNE Model 15000 SN blow-moulding machine. Bidders must confirm compatibility with existing utilities including electrical supply, compressed air, and chilled water.
