Provision of Boundary Fence Around PAA Land Towards Landside and Rehabilitation of Existing Fence at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids under the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rule No. 36(a) for the provision of boundary fence around PAA land towards landside and rehabilitation of existing fence at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore. The scope includes construction and rehabilitation works to secure the airport premises effectively. Items being procured: - Provision of Boundary Fence Around PAA Land Towards Landside - Rehabilitation of Existing Fence in Different Areas at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore Bidders must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 for the current year, a valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and be listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Submission of a valid Professional Tax Certificate and an affidavit confirming the registration stamp paper of Rs. 300 is mandatory. Ownership of the firm, no blacklisting, and details of any pending litigation must be provided. Bid security of Rs. 1,600,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft from any scheduled bank should be drawn in favor of PAA Development Works AU Allama Iqbal Airport Lahore. The original bid security must be submitted in person to the office of the undersigned by the bid submission deadline. Bids, bid security, and mandatory documents must be submitted electronically through the PPRA E-PADS-2 Web Portal (https://www.epads.gov.pk) before the submission deadline of 14-09-2026 at 10:00 AM. The bid opening will be held on 14-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules. Offers must be properly signed and any use of blank papers is not acceptable. Pay Orders, Bank Drafts, or other financial instruments submitted as Tender Cost, Earnest Money, or Bid Security must be genuine to avoid blacklisting and legal action.
