Construction of Boundary Wall at District Complex Rawalakot

The Public Works Department Azad Jammu & Kashmir invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of a boundary wall at the District Complex in Rawalakot. This procurement is being conducted under the AJK PPRA Rules 2017, Section 36(A), and is open to all contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and with the AJK PPRA. Items being procured: - Construction of boundary wall at District Complex Rawalakot (estimated cost: Rs. 3,000,000) The scope of work includes all necessary civil works, supply of materials, labor, and completion of the boundary wall as per the approved design and specifications. Contractors must ensure quality construction and timely completion as per the department's requirements. Only those firms with valid PEC registration for the current financial year and enlistment with AJK PPRA are eligible to participate. Earnest Money amounting to 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 60,000) in the form of CDR must be attached with the bid. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during working hours up to the bid submission deadline. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Rawalakot, by 05-11-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
