Bulk Purchase of Miscellaneous Stationary and General Store Items for FY 2026-27 by Armed Forces Institute of Mental Health Rawalpindi

The Armed Forces Institute of Mental Health Rawalpindi invites sealed quotations from local bidders authorized and security-wise cleared to supply miscellaneous stationary and general store items for the financial year 2026-27. Supplies will be ordered and received on a quarterly basis to meet the ongoing needs of the institute. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous Stationary - General Store Items Tender submissions must be sealed and marked as 'Quotation for the supply of MISCELLANEOUS STATIONARY / GEN STORE ITEMS' and should reach the Officer (Q) at AFIMH Rawalpindi by 1100 hrs on 25 Aug 2026. The tender will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Interested parties are required to register with AFIMH Rawalpindi for the financial year 2026-27. Tender documents along with the detailed list of items can be obtained during working hours at a non-refundable cost of Rs: 5000/-. The Commandant reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA Rule 33(1). The quoted rates will remain valid for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and proper marking of envelopes to avoid disqualification.
