Tender Description
Municipal Committee Kasur is inviting sealed bids from registered contractors for the construction of bus stops shelter and green bus stops within the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Kasur. This procurement is for the approved development schemes for the financial year 2026-27, as per the directions of the Government of Punjab. The bidding process will be conducted through the E-PADS system, and only firms registered on E-PADS with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the year 2026-27 are eligible to participate.

- Construction of Bus Stops Shelter / Green Bus Stops at Municipal Committee Kasur (Estimated Cost: Rs. 13.00 Million)
The technical scope includes the complete construction of modern bus stop shelters and green bus stops, ensuring compliance with the latest standards and specifications as outlined in the bidding documents. The project must be executed in accordance with the availability of funds and as per the B&R Code. Bidders are required to submit a bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or Pay Order from any scheduled bank in Punjab, in favor of Municipal Committee Kasur. The successful contractor will also be required to submit a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the estimated cost upon award of the contract.
Bids must be submitted through E-PADS at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ by or before 10:30 AM on 27-08-2026. The bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day through E-PADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the same portal. Only item-wise quoted rates will be accepted, and incomplete or unfilled bids will not be entertained. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
