Business Opportunity for Establishment and Operation of Baggage Wrapping Facility at Multan International Airport

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is offering a business opportunity at Multan International Airport for the establishment and operation of a baggage wrapping facility in the domestic and international briefing area. This concession is available on a single stage, two-envelope basis from registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. The concession license period is five years with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis during subsequent years. Bids higher than the reserve price of Rs. 941,000 per month will be entertained. Items being procured: - Establishment and Operation of Baggage Wrapping Facility in Domestic and International Briefing area at MIAP Multan Tender documents including technical and financial offers must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes marked as 'Technical Offer' and 'Financial Offer' respectively, placed together in one envelope specifying the subject tender. The submission deadline is 10th September 2026 at 1100 hours, and the opening will be held on the same day at 1130 hours at the office of Airport Manager/COO, MIAP Multan. Tender forms can be obtained from the office on provision of a written request with CNIC and NTN certificate along with payment of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Eligibility requires 80% weightage in technical evaluation. Advance Income Tax will be recovered under section 236-A of Income Tax Ordinance 2001. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible.
