LEASE: Canteen Contract for Government Associate College for Women Kotla Arab Ali Khan Gujrat

The Government Associate College for Women Kotla Arab Ali Khan Gujrat is inviting sealed bids for the lease of its canteen contract for a period of one year, starting from 19-9-2026 to 18-9-2027. This opportunity is open to interested parties who wish to operate the college canteen and provide food and refreshments to students and staff during the academic year. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the college canteen at Government Associate College for Women Kotla Arab Ali Khan Gujrat for one year (19-9-2026 to 18-9-2027) The technical bid (Technical Bid) and financial bid (Financial Bid) must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. The last date for submission of bids is 19-9-2026 at 11:30 AM, after which no bids will be entertained. Bidders are required to attach a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 5 percent of the annual bid amount as earnest money, which is refundable to unsuccessful bidders. The successful bidder will be required to commence canteen operations as per the terms and conditions set by the college administration. The tender form can be obtained from the college office during working hours up to the closing date by depositing a non-refundable fee of PKR 1000. All interested parties must ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the Punjab PPRA.
