Canteen Services for PNSC Workshop Employees at Keamari Karachi

The Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC Workshop) located at 30 Street, Dharamshala Road, Keamari Karachi, is procuring canteen services for its workshop employees for a period of one year starting from May 26, 2026. This procurement is specifically for providing quality food services to approximately 80-120 workshop staff and workers daily. The scope includes serving a variety of meals such as Chicken Biryani, Vegetable Seasonal dishes, Chicken Qorma, Egg Curry or Pakora Curry, Aloo Qeema Beef with Chapati, Daal Moong with Basmati Rice or Chapati, Tea, and Chapati on specified days of the week. Cooking must be done using A-grade cooking oil like Rafhan, Dalda, or Meezan Corn Oil. The contractor is responsible for providing sufficient crockery, cutlery, utensils, and refrigeration equipment at their own cost, while electricity, water, and space will be provided free of charge by PNSC Workshop. Gas cylinders for cooking are to be arranged and paid for by the contractor. The canteen and kitchen must be maintained in a clean and hygienic condition, with janitorial services including provision of towels and soap. All employees of the contractor must wear uniforms and undergo character verification. The contractor must be registered with FBR and Sindh Food Authority, have at least two years of catering experience, and provide reference letters from previous clients. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by May 4, 2026, 11:00 AM, with bid security in the form of a pay order. Manual bids will not be accepted. The contract includes a monthly subsidy of PKR 150,000 paid by PNSC Workshop. The canteen will remain closed during the holy month of Ramazan with no subsidy paid.
