Tender Description
The Punjab Highway Department invites tenders from registered engineering firms and contractors for the carriage of bitumen in drums and bulk by road for various highway divisions across Punjab. The tenders are to be submitted online via the PPRA E-Tendering System and must comply with the relevant PPRA rules and registration requirements. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and on the Punjab PPRA website. Earnest money in the form of CDR is required in favor of the Executive Engineer, Highway Mechanical Division Lahore, at 5% of the estimated cost. Original CDR must be submitted to the tender opening committee half an hour before the bid opening, or the contractor will be disqualified.
