Carriage and Erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles and Stringing of HT Lines in Sargodha Circle

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids for carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles and stringing of HT lines under the jurisdiction of Sargodha Circle, including Sargodha 1st, 2nd & 3rd Divisions, Jauharabad Division, Bhalwal & Kot Momin Divisions. This procurement is critical for maintaining and expanding the electrical infrastructure in these areas. Items being procured: - Carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31 feet - Carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 36 feet - Carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 45 feet - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey, Dog, Rabbit Conductor - Foundation of HT/LT Structures (LT 31', HT 36', HT 45', HT 58') The technical scope includes supply from designated and non-designated PC Pole Plants as per PEPCO / WAPDA specifications for HT/LT deposit and emergency works. The works cover both plain and hilly areas within the Sargodha Circle. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05, and must have valid registrations with PRA and FBR. Experience of similar contracts awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs within the last ten years is required. Performance security and financial capability evidence are mandatory. The tender follows a single stage-one envelope procedure through EPADS v2.0. Bids must be submitted electronically by Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 12:15 PM, with opening at 12:45 PM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of 2% of the tender amount is required, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. The bid validity period is 120 days.
