Carriage and Erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles for PEPCO WAPDA Specifications in Sargodha Circle

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids from eligible bidders registered on EPADS V2.0 for carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles at various locations under Sargodha Circle. The procurement covers multiple tenders for different divisions including Sargodha 1st, 2nd & 3rd Divisions, Jauharabad Division, Bhawal & Kot Momin Divisions, and Hilly Areas under Jauharabad Division. Items being procured: - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31', 36', & 45 feet from Designated & Non-Designated PC Pole Plants as per PEPCO / WAPDA specifications for HT/LT deposit & emergency works for Plain Areas under Sargodha 1st, 2nd & 3rd Divisions - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31', 36', & 45 feet for Jauharabad Division - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31', 36', & 45 feet for Bhawal & Kot Momin Divisions - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31', 36', & 45 feet for Hilly Areas under Jauharabad Division - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey / Dog / Rabbit Conductor & foundation of HT/LT Structure (LT 31', HT 36', HT 45' & HT 58') for Plain Areas under Sargodha Circle - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey / Dog / Rabbit Conductor & foundation of HT/LT Structure for Jauharabad Division - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey / Dog / Rabbit Conductor & foundation of HT/LT Structure for Bhawal & Kot Momin Divisions - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey / Dog / Rabbit Conductor & foundation of HT/LT Structure for Hilly Areas under Jauharabad Division The scope includes carriage, erection, and stringing of HT/LT poles and conductors as per PEPCO/WAPDA standards. The works are to be completed within 12 months. Eligible bidders must have PEC category C-6 with specialization code EE-04 & EE-05 and be registered with FBR and ATL. The bidder must have completed at least one similar nature contract with WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs with 5% performance security and provide a cash or cash equivalent deposit of 20% of contract value. The tender documents are available on EPADS V2.0 portal and must be submitted electronically by 23 July 2026 before 12:15 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Earnest money amounting to 2% of the tender amount is required in favor of Chief Engineer (Operation) FESCO Faisalabad. Bidders should ensure all pages are signed and stamped as per instructions.
