Carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles and Stringing of HT Line with installation of transformers for maintenance and deposit works

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids through EPADS V2.0 from eligible bidders registered on EPADS V2.0 for carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles and stringing of HT line with installation of transformers for maintenance and deposit works under various divisions in Faisalabad. The procurement covers multiple works including carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles 31, 36, & 45 feet from designated and non-designated PC pole plants as per PEPCO / WAPDA specifications for HT/LT deposit and emergency works under the jurisdiction of Nazimabad & Ghulam Muhammad Abad Divisions, Peoples Colony & Allama Iqbal Divisions, and Sumundri & Tandlianwala Divisions under 2nd Circle. Items being procured: - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet (multiple lots) - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey / Dog / Rabbit Conductor - Installation of transformers (10, 15, 25, 50, 100 & 200 KVA) - Stay rods and foundation of HT/LT Structure (LT 31', HT 36', HT 45' & HT 58') The technical scope includes adherence to PEPCO / WAPDA specifications, ensuring quality and safety in erection and stringing works, and maintenance of deposit works under the specified divisions. The contract period is 12 months for some lots. Eligible bidders must have PEC Category C-6 with specialization code EE-04 & EE-05, valid Pakistan Engineering Council certificate renewed for the year 2025-26, and must be on the active tax payer list (ATL). Registration with PRA and FBR on percentage basis is mandatory. Contractors must have completed similar contracts with WAPDA / NTDC / DISCOs within the last ten years and provide 5% performance security. The tender closing date is **18 August 2026 at 12:15 PM**, with bid opening at 12:45 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS V2.0 only. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bidders should ensure timely registration on EPADS and submit all required documents including bid security amounting to 2% of the tender amount.
