Carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles and Stringing of HT Line with installation of transformers and stay rods under 2nd Circle Faisalabad

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids through EPADS V2.0 from eligible contractors registered with DISCOs, NTDC, and WAPDA for various electrical infrastructure works under the 2nd Circle Faisalabad. The procurement includes carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles of 31, 36, and 45 feet from designated and non-designated PC pole plants as per PEPCO/WAPDA specifications for HT/LT deposit and emergency works. The divisions covered are Nazimabad & Ghulam Muhammad Abad, Peoples Colony & Allama Iqbal, and Sumundri & Tandlianwala. Items being procured: - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet from Designated & Non-Designated PC Pole Plants for Nazimabad & Ghulam Muhammad Abad Divisions - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet for Peoples Colony & Allama Iqbal Divisions - Carriage & erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31, 36, & 45 feet for Sumundri & Tandlianwala Divisions - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey / Dog / Rabbit Conductor - Installation of transformers (10, 15, 25, 50, 100 & 200 KVA) & stay rods - Foundation of HT/LT Structure (LT 31', HT 36', HT 45' & HT 58') for Maintenance and Deposit Works The technical scope involves electrical line maintenance and erection works under strict adherence to PEPCO/WAPDA standards. The work is to be completed within 12 months. Eligible bidders must hold PEC Category C-6 with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05, renewed for the year 2025-26. Bidders must be on the active tax payer list (ATL) and registered with PRA and FBR. Experience of similar contracts completed within the last ten years with WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs is mandatory. A 5% performance security or 10% for new entrants is required. Cash or cash equivalents equal to 20% of contract value must be demonstrated. The tender closing date is **18 August 2026** at **12:15 PM**, with bid opening at **12:45 PM** the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS V2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. A bid security of 2% of the tender amount is mandatory, valid for 120 days. All bids must comply with PPRA rules and NEPRA safety codes.
