Pre-Qualification of Firms/Contractors for Construction and Repair Works by Military Engineer Services

Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for various construction and repair works under the HQ DW&CE (Navy) at Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad. The works include construction and maintenance projects at multiple locations including Nathia Gali, Creeks Area, Ormara, Gwadar, and Mauripur. Items being procured: - Construction of Fuel facilities at Nathia Gali - Construction of accommodation at Creeks Area - Repair and replacement of protective arrangement at Ormara - Construction of residential accommodation at Gwadar - Repair and maintenance of 11 accommodations at Mauripur - Repair and maintenance of 38 accommodations at Mauripur - Completion of leftover work of accommodation at Creeks Area Applicants must be enlisted with MES in category 'A' & 'B' or other government departments with relevant experience. Required documents include company profile with details of similar works completed in last five years, list of enrolled manpower with valid PEC numbers, details of tools, plants and machinery, bank statements for last two years, and valid NTN, FBR, PEC, and MES registration certificates. Firms not registered or with expired PEC registration up to 30th June 2027 will not be considered. Prequalified firms will deposit bid security equal to 2% of quoted bid cost in favor of DW&CE (Navy) Islamabad. Tenders will be received at HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad by 1130 hours on 12 Oct 2026 and opened at 1200 hours the same day. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their applications with complete documentation to avoid rejection. Timely submission and compliance with PPRA rules are critical for consideration.
