Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Sheikhupura invites tenders for the approved development schemes under Deposit work for the year 2026-27 at MRS 2nd BI Annual 2026, from 1st July 2026 to 31st December 2026. The procurement is for the Rehabilitation of Sewerage and Drainage Scheme at Ward 1&2 Mandialy Tehsil Ferozwala District Sheikhupura. Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation of Sewerage & Drainage Scheme at Ward 1&2 Mandialy Tehsil Ferozwala District Sheikhupura (Deposit Work).
The bidders/firms must possess valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under specialization codes CE01, CE09, ME06 for the year 2026-27. Bidders are also required to be registered on the EPADS 2.0 portal of Punjab PPRA website. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) as per PPRA Rules 2014, requiring separate Technical and Financial proposals. A Digital Bid Security of 5% of the estimated cost in favor of Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Sheikhupura is mandatory and must be verifiable on Punjab E-Procurement.
Technical bids will be opened on 28.09.2026 at 02:30 PM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at the office of Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Sheikhupura. Bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 10:30 AM on 28.09.2026. Earnest money, performance guarantees, and other financial securities must comply with the directions of the Government of Punjab and Supreme Court of Pakistan. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
