Carriage and Erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles and Stringing of HT Line with Transformer Installation

The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids for the carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles of 31, 36, and 45 feet from designated and non-designated PC pole plants as per PEPCO/WAPDA specifications. This procurement covers emergency and deposit works for plain and hilly areas under the jurisdiction of Mianwali Circle, including Mianwali, Kalabagh, Bhakkar, and Darya Khan divisions. The scope also includes stringing of HT lines with ACSR Osprey, Dog, and Rabbit conductors, installation of transformers ranging from 10 KVA to 200 KVA, and erection/foundation of HT/LT structures of various heights. Firms must also be active taxpayers on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and registered with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Experience of similar contracts awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs within the last ten years is required. New entrants must provide 10% performance security, while experienced contractors provide 5%. Bidders should demonstrate cash or cash equivalents equal to 20% of the contract value with supporting bank statements. The tender follows a single stage, one envelope procedure through EPADS v2.0. Bids must be submitted electronically by Tuesday, July 07, 2026, at 12:15 PM, with opening at 12:45 PM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted.
