Carriage and Erection of HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles and Stringing of HT Line with Installation of Transformers

The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites bids for carriage and erection of HT/LT PCC spun hollow poles and stringing of HT lines with installation of transformers under the jurisdiction of Nazimabad and Ghulam Muhammad Abad Divisions within the 2nd Circle. Items being procured: - HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 31 feet - HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 36 feet - HT/LT PCC Spun Hollow Poles 45 feet - Stringing of HT Line with ACSR Osprey, Dog, and Rabbit Conductor - Installation of transformers (10, 15, 25, 50, 100 & 200 KVA) - Stay rods and foundation of HT/LT structures (LT 31', HT 36', HT 45' & HT 58') The technical scope includes carriage and erection of poles as per PEPCO/WAPDA specifications, stringing of HT lines with specified conductors, and installation of transformers with associated foundation and stay rods. The work is to be executed in Faisalabad city covering specified divisions. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization codes EE-04 and EE-05, valid for the financial year 2025-26. Bidders must also be active in the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) tax list and registered with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Experience of similar contracts awarded by WAPDA, NTDC, or DISCOs within the last ten years is required, with performance security conditions based on prior contract completion. Bidders should demonstrate cash or cash equivalents equal to 20% of the contract value. The tender follows a single stage-one envelope procedure through EPADS v2.0 with bids to be submitted electronically by 18 August 2026 at 12:15 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 12:45 PM. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security of 2% of the tender amount is mandatory, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity.
