Providing Cement Paving Block Flooring Road from Teen Tilwar Chowk to Mirpurkhas Road

Eligibility criteria include valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the relevant category and specialization for the year 2026-27, active NTN and inclusion in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), valid Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration, and submission of bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000. Bidders must also provide evidence of at least two ongoing and two completed similar works, details of machinery and technical staff, and financial capacity certificates. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) by 06-11-2026 at 09:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 10:00 AM at the office of Municipal Committee Umerkot.
