Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope system and documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with tax authorities and Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. Bidders must submit a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bid validity period is 120 days.
