Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of IP Based CCTV System at Haripur and Muridke Location

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) LPG Limited Karachi invites qualified bidders to participate in the procurement for the supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of an IP based CCTV system at Haripur and Muridke locations. This tender follows the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure and requires bidders to submit their proposals through the EPADS portal. Items being procured: - Dismantling of existing installed camera and connected cables with conduit and supply with installation of new 8MP bullet IP camera (9 Nos) at Haripur - Dismantling of existing system and supply with installation of 16 port channel NVR with 8TB surveillance grade storage HDD for IP camera (1 Nos) at Haripur Central Office - Supply and installation of 5MHz sector antenna for point-to-point wireless connection (1 Nos) - Supply and installation of AI programmed Poe switches at 4 hub locations (4 Nos) - Supply and installation of 6 core optical fiber cable, armored, direct burial (300 Mtr) - Supply and installation of LIU with pigtails, couplers, and SM patch cords fiber body 12 port supported (2 Nos) - Dismantling of existing wall mount conduit and supply with installation of PVC & HDPE conduits with joint accessories and hospital-type steel/metal saddles (200 Mtr) - Dismantling of existing coaxial cables and supply with installation of Cat-6 UTP cable 24 AWG LSOH copper (1000 Rft) - Supply and installation of RJ 45 connectors (100 Nos) - Supply and installation of flexible pipe weather resistance 1" (150 Mtr) - Supply and installation of electrical power extension board (4 Nos) - Supply and installation of 2 core electrical cable 1.5mm PVC/PVC (60 Mtr) - Installation material for accessories such as jubilee clips, camera fixtures, fittings, brackets, and miscellaneous for data connection & hybrid surveillance system (9 Nos) - Dismantling of existing coaxial cable and installation of new copper RG-6 for existing PTZ (300 Rft) The scope covers comprehensive technical and installation work at the specified locations. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have at least 5 years of operational experience, and meet the technical evaluation criteria including authorized distributorship and proven experience in similar projects. A fixed bid bond of Rs 120,000 in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of SSGC LPG Limited is mandatory. The bid opening is scheduled for 21-10-2026 at 11:30 Hrs, with bid closing at 12:00 Hrs the same day.
