Tender Description
The Armed Forces Medical Stores Laboratory (AFMSL), Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the purchase of chemicals, reference standards, UHPLC columns, and gases. Bids must be submitted by 12 January 2026 at 1100 hours and will be opened the same day at 1200 hours.
The tender covers procurement of analytical grade chemicals, microbiological media, chromatographic columns, and refilling of high purity gases. Bidders must be authorized agents or distributors of foreign manufacturers and comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Submission requires separate technical and financial proposals with bid security of Rs. 200,000. The contract includes a two-year warranty and strict adherence to import and safety regulations. Joint ventures are not permitted.
