Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division Dera Ismail Khan invites electronic bids from eligible government registered contractors for the construction of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes in the southern districts of Dera Ismail Khan under ADP No 251122 for the financial year 2025-26. This tender covers multiple water supply schemes across Tehsil Parhpur, each involving significant civil and mechanical works to improve access to clean water in the region.

Each scheme includes the installation of tube wells, construction of chambers and compound walls, surface tanks, supply and distribution mains, plate forms, and water collecting points. Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and comply with KPPRA rules. Earnest money (Bid Security) is required as per the amounts listed for each scheme, and financial bids must include a call deposit receipt. If a bid is more than 20% below the estimated cost, a rate analysis must be provided. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system and physically through courier to the office of the undersigned before the deadline of 16.09.2026. Financial opening will be held on the same date at 2:30 PM.
A practical tip: Ensure your bid includes all required documentation, especially the physical CDR and rate analysis if quoting below estimate, as failure to comply will result in disqualification under KPPRA rules.
