Bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and comply with KPPRA rules. Earnest money (Bid Security) is required as per the amounts listed for each scheme, and financial bids must include a call deposit receipt. If a bid is more than 20% below the estimated cost, a rate analysis must be provided. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system and physically through courier to the office of the undersigned before the deadline of 16.09.2026. Financial opening will be held on the same date at 2:30 PM.
