District Council Vehari invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System for development works in Vehari. Contractors/Firms must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the Financial Year 2026-27 and fulfill all eligibility requirements prescribed in the bidding documents. Bidders must quote unit rates, item-wise amounts, and the grand total in the BOQ. Percentage-based bids, blank entries, overwriting, or incomplete financial bids will be rejected. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) through SWIFT MT760 in favor of the Chief Officer, District Council Vehari. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted. Bids shall be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 26-09-2026 at 1:00 PM. The bids will be opened electronically the same day at 1:30 PM in the office of the District Council Vehari. Bids submitted by email, courier, post, or by hand will not be accepted. Bids must remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder.
