Repair and Renovation Works of Guest Room No. 04 at EOBI Guest House, Gizri DHA Karachi

Pakistan Real Estate Investment and Management Company (Pvt) Ltd (PRIMACO) on behalf of Employees' Old Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) invites bids for the Repair and Renovation Works of Guest Room No. 04 at EOBI Guest House, located in Gizri DHA Karachi. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with National Competitive Bidding and Least Cost Selection method through the PPRA/EPADS V2.00 e-procurement portal. Items being procured: - Repair and renovation of Guest Room No. 04 including attached washroom, corridor, staircase and miscellaneous works - Dismantling/removal of marble floor and wall tiles, bathroom sanitary fixtures, PPR and UPVC pipes - Supply and installation of PPR water supply pipes - Cement sand plastering on internal and external walls and ceilings - Plain cement concrete works in bathroom floor - Electrical wiring with PVC insulated copper cables, switches, sockets, and exhaust fan - Aluminum fixed/sliding ventilators with tinted glass - Repair of existing aluminum window - Supply and installation of LED lights - Application of matt plastic emulsion paint on walls, beams, columns, slabs, and ceilings - Repair of existing doors including fittings and painting - Repair and refurbishment of furniture including double bed set, sofa set, wooden tables, and almirah - Supply and fixing of wooden flooring and false ceiling gypsum board system - Installation of UPVC sheets, tempered glass, LED rope lights - Provision and fixing of sanitary fittings including European type water closet and chromium plated shower set - Wall paneling with UPVC sheets - Glass stair railing system installation - Supply and fixing of velvet cloth curtains and ceiling fan - Corridor and staircase works including LED lighting, painting, false ceiling, and PVC vinyl sheet flooring - Miscellaneous works including repair and refurbishment of main entrance gate and MS water drain grill The scope covers all materials, labor, tools, equipment, testing, commissioning, and finishing as per approved specifications and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Bidders must have valid PEC License Category C6 or above, NTN and STRN registration, and be on the current Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Blacklisted firms are not eligible. Earnest Money of Rs. 120,000/- in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee in favor of PRIMACO Islamabad is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via PPRA/EPADS portal by 24th September 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours at PRIMACO Office, Islamabad. Manual bids will be rejected.
