Construction of Water Supply & Sanitation and Street Pavement and Drains at Various UCs in District Buner

The Public Health Engineering Division Buner, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for multiple construction works in District Buner. These works include the construction of water supply and sanitation schemes as well as street pavement and drainage systems across various Union Councils (UCs) in the district. The projects are to be executed under the Single Stage, single Envelope bidding procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Water Supply & Sanitation Scheme Jowar No 3 UC Malikhel (Estimated Cost Rs. 5.414 Million) - Water Supply & Sanitation Scheme Ashizo Maira UC Ellai (Rs. 6.158 Million) - Installation of Hand Pumps/Pressure Pumps UC Malikhel Tehsil Gadezai (Rs. 17.986 Million) - Water Supply & Sanitation Scheme Chor Banda UC Aba Khel (Rs. 3.681 Million) - Construction of Street Pavement and Drains at Kot, New Pandair, Old Pandair, Tairha and Mohalla Kas and Momin Korona VC Pandair (Rs. 9.661 Million) - Construction of Street Pavement and Drains at Mohalla Baiza, Elai, Bampur, Shahi and Mohalla Shangra VC Shangra (Rs. 9.475 Million) - Construction of Street Pavement and Drains at Toheed Abad and Mohalla Grhai VC Gul Bandi (Rs. 9.560 Million) - Construction of Street Pavement and Drains at Mohalla Bakro, Sar Tiraj, Bazar and Mohalla Landay VC Bazar Kot (Rs. 9.318 Million) - Construction of Street Pavement and Drains at Koza Krha, Bilandai, Mirza Sar and Pakhtanu Maira VC Banj Kara (Rs. 9.453 Million) - Construction of Street Pavement and Drains at Ganshal and Gisharh VC Gumbat (Rs. 9.481 Million) - Solar Based Tubewell for DWSS at Tangora UC Gulbandi (Rs. 18.420 Million) - Gravity Based DWSS at Jabo UC Pandair (Rs. 20.570 Million) These projects involve the construction and installation of water supply and sanitation infrastructure, including hand and pressure pumps, solar-based tubewells, gravity water supply schemes, and street pavements with drainage systems. The works are spread across multiple Union Councils and villages within District Buner, requiring experienced contractors with the capacity to manage civil works and water supply installations. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under CE-09 and CE-10 codes, valid registration and renewal with the Provincial Enlistment Committee for the fiscal year 2026-27, and active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA) including tax compliance. Bid security and additional security must be submitted as per KPPRA notification SRO (14) Vol:1-24/2021-22 dated May 10, 2022. Bidders must submit their original bids via courier to the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Buner, accompanied by earnest money, stamp duty, and any additional security required. The deadline for submission is 12:00 P.M. on 24-09-2026, with bid opening scheduled for 12:30 P.M. on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
