Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) Karachi is seeking to hire a reputable Civil Engineering Consulting Firm for the resident and detailed supervision of the Pakistan Maritime Housing Scheme located on a 4.9-acre plot in DHA Phase VII Extension, Karachi. The consultancy involves comprehensive civil engineering services including assessment and evaluation of drawings, designs, BoQs, and technical specifications submitted by the builder. The consultant will prepare detailed work schedules, provide on-site supervision by appointing a civil engineer, and submit weekly and monthly progress reports aligned with the planned work schedule.
The scope also includes ensuring that all work complies with drawings, BoQs, and technical specifications, advising on material selection for construction, and quality control as per defined construction standards and by-laws. Interested firms must have valid PEC registration and demonstrate extensive experience in similar projects. Submission requirements include a company profile, preliminary site report, financial and technical proposals, and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting by any government organization.
Bidders should note the importance of submitting a complete technical bid along with earnest money or CDR as per the tender requirements. The closing date for submission is set for 7 days after the publish date or as specified by the department, with all documents to be submitted at the Pakistan Maritime Security Agency headquarters in Karachi.
