Procurement of Civil Works for Construction of 132kV Transmission Line (18.4 km) from Lillah Grid Station to Pakistan Cement Factory under Multiyear Tariff

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works related to the construction of a 132kV transmission line (18.4 km) from Lillah Grid Station to and out from 132 kV Pakistan Cement Factory to Noorpur Sethi under the Multiyear Tariff. The total estimated cost for this project is Rs. 68,549,400, inclusive of PST. This procurement is part of IESCO's annual development plan for FY 2026-27 and aims to support the timely execution of grid infrastructure for industrial supply reliability. Items being procured: - Construction of 132kV Transmission Line (18.4 km) from Lillah Grid Station to and out from 132 kV Pakistan Cement Factory to Noorpur Sethi (under contract NCB-243) The technical scope includes all civil works, supply and installation of materials, and completion of the transmission line as per the specifications provided in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and must comply with the requirements of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. All eligible firms must also be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money/Bid Security must be submitted as per the instructions in the bidding documents, in the form of Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. The deadline for bid submission is 2 July 2024 at 11:30 AM, and bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS v2.0 portal.
