Civil Works For Construction Of Boundary Wall, Flooring & Fencing for 05 Nos Different Locations at Quetta

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for civil works involving construction of boundary walls, flooring, and fencing at five different locations in Quetta. The procurement is for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the EPADS v2.0 platform using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). The project includes the following items: - Civil works for construction of boundary wall, flooring & fencing for TBS Police Training Centre Custom Sariab - Civil works for construction of boundary wall, flooring & fencing for TBS near Bohra Qabristan - Civil works for construction of boundary wall, flooring & fencing for TBS Haji Shaher Town, District Bolan - Civil works for construction of boundary wall, flooring & fencing for TBS Azizabad Dera Murad Jamali - Civil works for construction of boundary wall, flooring & fencing for TBS Essa Nagri The scope covers excavation, lean concrete, reinforced concrete, brick masonry, plastering, painting, structural steel works, GI chain link fencing, steel doors and windows, MS pipe works, and plumbing for two locations. All works must comply with the detailed BOQ and technical specifications provided by SSGC. Eligible bidders must have a valid PEC certificate category C-6 or above with specialization CE-10 and BC-01, be registered with FBR and Balochistan Revenue Board, and meet financial and technical qualification criteria. A fixed bid bond of Rs. 150,233 is required. The contract duration is six months from the letter to proceed, with an eight-month maintenance period.
