Renovation Works of CP Stations (09 Nos.) & Guard Room (03 Nos.) and New Construction of Care Taker Rooms (02 Nos) at HQ-Dadu Section

The Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites bids for the renovation and construction works at HQ-Dadu Section. This procurement covers renovation of 9 CP Stations and 3 Guard Rooms, along with the new construction of 2 Care Taker Rooms as per the Bill of Quantities and criteria specified in the tender documents. Eligible bidders must have a valid PEC certificate Category C-6 or above with specialization CE-10. Bidders must also be registered with FBR and submit a bid security of Rs. 115,500 in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee. The bidding process follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline of Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. The performance guarantee required is 10% of the contract price in the form of a bank guarantee.
