Civil Works Construction of CC Platform & Chain Link Fencing Enclosures at TBS # 05 Opposite Orient Board Mill Kotri, Hyderabad Region

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT) invites bids for the civil works construction of CC Platform and Chain Link Fencing Enclosures at two TBS assemblies located at TBS # 05 opposite Orient Board Mill and FIMCOTEX site in Kotri, Hyderabad Region. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Construction of CC Platform & Chain Link Fencing Enclosures 01 No. with 600 sqft at TBS # 05 opposite Orient Board Mill Kotri - Construction of CC Platform & Chain Link Fencing Enclosures 01 No. with 968 sqft at FIMCOTEX site Kotri The scope includes all civil works as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications provided in the tender documents. Bidders must have a valid PEC Certificate Category C-6 or above with specialization CE-10. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 57,000 in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee. The physical bid security must be submitted to the Tender Room at SSGC Head Office before the bid submission deadline. The contract duration is 120 days from commencement. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit their bids online before the deadline of Monday, October 5, 2026 at 03:30 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 04:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
